Rector

- Management in general, and directly manage activities in human resources, administration in general, emulation and reward programs, and finance; facility management, finance, students’ affairs, Labor Union, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Students’ Union; act as Military Commandant and as Political Officer of University Military Command.

- In charge of the following departments: Department of Organization and Personnel Affairs, Department of Administrative Affairs, and Department of Inspection – Legislation, Department of Finance, Department of Facility Management, Department of Student Affairs, Department of Security, Dormitory Building Management Board, Clinic, Center of Construction Testing and Accreditation; act as a Representative of State-owned shares at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering Consultancy Co., Ltd (CCU).

Vice-Rector

- In charge of activities in science & technology, external affairs, undergraduate and graduate education.

- In charge of the following units: Department of Science and Technology, Department of International Cooperation, Department of Information and Communications, Faculty of International Education, Journal of Science and Technology in Civil Engineering, Department of Academic Affairs, Graduate School, Library, Department of Testing and Education Quality Assurance, High Quality Engineer Education and Management Department.

- Execute other missions according to Rector’s assignment.
