On January 19, 2021, at the National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE) taken place the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement "LIXIL Talent Match Program" among NUCE, LIXIL Vietnam Co., Ltd and Kien Viet Media JSC.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh - Regional Sales Director of LIXIL Vietnam; Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh – Project Marketing Manager and Corporate Brand, LIXIL Vietnam; Architects. Vuong Dao Hoang – Director of Kien Viet JSC; Mr. Duong Manh Dat - Representative of American Standard Sponsor. On the side of NUCE, there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Vice Rector; Dr. Architect Nguyen Cao Lanh – Dean of Faculty of Architecture and Planning; Dr. Architect Truong Ngoc Lan - Vice Dean of Faculty of Economics & Planning; MSc. Architect Tran Quoc Viet - Vice Dean of Faculty of Economics and Planning; Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung – Head of International Cooperation Department; MSc.Architect Hoang Thuc Hao - Vice President of Vietnam Association of Architects, Chairman of the Association of Architects of the National University of Civil Engineering, Lecturers at Faculty of Architecture and Planning.

LIXIL Talent Match Program Introduction

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Vice-Rector of NUCE, highly appreciated the LIXIL Talent Match program. Students who major in Architecture at NUCE take advantage of this program to work with leading experts in the same field, sharpen skills and gain practical working experience. Gian also pledged to support LIXIL in every campaign promoting bonding between students and businesses.

LIXIL Talent Match program was founded by LIXIL and Kien Viet Media & Design JSC. This program detects young talents from their schooltime, thereby building a qualified database of human resources in the field of Architecture - Design in the future. LIXIL Talent Match includes many activities, events, programs to connect architecture firms with Architecture-Design-majored students. In particular, the organizers closely work with businesses and schools in training students and exchanging information, and providing job opportunities that fit students' majors after graduation. Simultaneously, students are not only equipped with solid professional knowledge but also practice to improve their skills. The program matches applicants with needed enterprises, provides available talented human resources.
