1. The following majors and specializations will be offered and awarded bachelor's degrees (130 credits): Urban Fine Arts, Multimedia Technology, Urban Land Infrastructure Management, Construction Investment Auditing, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Urban Logistics;
2. For the remaining majors, students will study directly to receive an engineering or architecture degree (180 credits); during their studies, students can choose to graduate (early) and receive a bachelor's degree (130 credits);
3. Students who already have a bachelor's degree may choose to continue their studies to obtain an engineering or architecture degree.
4. Students who already hold a bachelor's degree, engineering degree, or architecture degree can enroll in further studies at the master's level.
