Function

The Training Department has the function of advising, helping the Rector manage the university training and develop new higher education programs in the University.

Task

  1. Develop and submit to the Rector for approval the strategy, planning and development plan of the University's higher education.
  2. To assume the prime time and coordinate with related units in organizing research on improvement and renewal of university training programs in accordance with the requirements of the training profession and in the direction of international interconnection and integration; research and development of new subjects, building new training programs.
  3. To assume the prime time and coordinate with relevant units in formulating and submitting to the Rector for promulgation of university-level training management documents.
  4. Develop and submit to the Principal for approval and organize the implementation of the plan for teaching and learning according to the semester and school year, setting the teaching, learning schedule and the schedule of the assigned training systems. Notice the task of teaching regular systems, degree II, related to the subjects.
  5. Chair the compilation and publication of the annual training schedule of the University and student handbooks each semester.
  6. Manage and coordinate the use of classrooms and lecture halls to serve the school's training plan.

  8. Manage the association, joint venture of training and retraining of universities with universities, universities, other partners in the country.   15. Preside over the closing of lectures, awarding diplomas to regular university systems, interconnecting from college to university, diploma II under the management of the Department.
  16. To coordinate with the Legal Inspection Department, the Examination and Quality Assurance Department and the Department of Political Work and Student Management in organizing the examination and supervision of teaching activities and the implementation of the faculty's working regime; comply with the student's training regulations.
  17. Managing diploma embryos and presiding over and coordinating with relevant units in carrying out procedures for granting formal diplomas and training systems with formal university degrees of the University. Verifying the legality of diplomas of students under the Management Department when required.
  18. Direct and guide professional training for faculties.
  19. Management, storage of papers and entrance exam scores; management and storage of part test scores, graduation points of the regular system, training systems with formal university degrees under the Management Department.   20. Appraise and confirm the number of teaching hours of lecturers for the regular university system and other training systems with formal degrees for the payment of teaching volumes and faculty evaluation.
  21. Provide academic results and databases to the Department of Political Affairs and Student Management for the proposal to submit to the Principal for consideration: Transfer, transfer, stop studying, continue to study, severance, discipline students of regular systems and other training systems with formal degrees.

  26. As a focal point for managing the consultancy, guiding students to develop a study plan on the basis of selecting the sections organized by the University to teach each semester, according to the training major and guide students to strive to complete the registered academic volume. Advise students on how to develop a personal study plan for the entire course with a targeted schedule (study fast or slow) and advise on a semester-specific plan.   27. As a comprehensive management base level of the Department and a focal point representing individuals of the Department of Relations with the School and its organizations. Proposing needs and coordinating with functional units to participate in the process of recruiting officials, contract workers of the Department in accordance with the regulations of the School
  28. Effective management and use of labor and assets assigned to serve the work of the Department.
  29. The Head of The Training Department is allowed to acknowledge the principal's order to sign and seal the School within the scope of the assigned work. The Deputy Head of the Department shall be signed to the Principal the documents authorized by the Head of the Department.
  30. Perform other tasks when the Principal assigns.
