The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between NUCE and Bao Son Group

On January 20, 2022, National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE) and Bao Son Group signed an agreement on cooperation in training, scientific research, technology transfer and jobs opportunities for postgraduate students. The signing ceremony was solemnly held at Bao Son Group's Head Office – located at 50 Nguyen Chi Thanh street, Hanoi.

Attending the Signing Ceremony, on Bao Son Group's side, there were Mr. Vu Duy An - Deputy General Director of the Group, Director of Strategy and External Relations; Mr. Luu Duc Thang - General Director of Bao Son Cartering; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Deputy General Director of Bao Son Corp; Mr. Nguyen Huu Long - Head of Business Department of BS Group; Mr. Ho Dinh Viet - Project Director of BSC; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huy - Principal of the Japanese Language Division of An Khanh Training Center; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khac Chuong and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Quoc Lap - Group Advisors.

On the side of HUCE, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Anh - Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Head of International Cooperation Department; Dr. Ho Quoc Khanh - Head of Communication and Admissions Department; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Binh Ha - Head of Training Management Department; Dr. Ta Quynh Hoa - Dean of the Faculty of International Education; Assoc. Prof.Dr. Dang Thanh Huyen - Vice Dean of Faculty of International Training.

The two sides exchange cooperation terms

At the ceremony, Bao Son Group introduced its establishment and development milestones, recent strategic activities as well as long-term development plans. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Duy An, Deputy General Director of the Group, thanked the University for the attention and emphasized the job connection for postgraduate scholars which helps orientate toward international labor markets such as the Republic of Korea, Germany, Korea, Japan, etc. It is hoped that once the cooperation takes effect, both parties will enter a new chapter with great triumph and development down the road. The agreement promises to promote soft skills among students, then bring qualified job opportunities in international-based companies with considerable incomes in professional working environments.

Speaking at the Signing Ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Anh, Vice Rector of NUCE, expressed his sincere thanks to the Group for the respectful welcome and highly appreciated the Group's prestige with more than 30 years of development and expanding its range of projects and services in many fields. This cooperation is a pivotal part of the plan to promote training, scientific research activities and technology transfer of the University, which sets the tone for further collaboration and development of both parties, Anh convinced. The Vice Rector also pledged to do all the best things for the sake of achieving objectives set in the agreement document.

According to the agreement contract, the two organizations reached a final decision of association in 1) training bachelors, engineers/architects working in Japan, Germany and Korea; 2) providing training courses in Specialized language and employable skills required to work abroad; 3) providing job opportunities in FDI companies inside and outside the country; 4) supporting students to intern in enterprises; 5) organizing seminars, scientific research, technology application and transfer; and other activities that match the capacities, targets and demands of the two parties.
