II. Admission methods:

1. Method 1: Admission based on the results of the 2026 High School Graduation Examination and the results of the 2026 aptitude tests (for training programs that include aptitude tests).

- Candidates register their admission preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training's common admissions support system (the System).   From July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, 2026. /span>

- Candidates using aptitude test results from other higher education institutions must submit their aptitude test results online via the Electronic Information Portal: https://hotrotuyensinh.huce.edu.vn/ from June 1st to 24:00 on June 20th, 2026.

2. Method 2: Considering high school academic results (transcript)

- Candidates graduating from high school in 2026: Register your college application preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training's system from July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, 2026.

- Candidates who graduated from high school in 2025 or earlier must complete two steps:

+ Step 1: Register and enter your high school academic data on the University's System ( https://hotrotuyensinh.huce.edu.vn/ ) from May 20th to 24:00 on June 20th, 2026.

Step 2: Register your admission preferences online on the Ministry of Education and Training's system from July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, 2026.

3. Methods 3, 4, and 5: Considering the results of exams organized by other higher education institutions (TSA, SPT, V-SAT):

- Candidates can register their admission preferences online through the Ministry of Education and Training's system from July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, 2026 .

4. Method 6: Direct Admission and Priority Admission

4.1. Direct Admission

Candidates register by following these steps:

- Step 1: Submit your application directly at the School (during office hours) or send it via express mail from May 30th to 5:00 PM on June 20th, 2026.

- Step 2: Register online on the Ministry of Education and Training's system from July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, 2026.

Eligibility: Candidates with outstanding academic achievements or students from specialized high schools nationwide (grades 10, 11, and 12) or national key high schools, or those with international aptitude test scores of 1200 or higher (for SAT) and 24 or higher (for ACT).

- Register on the University's system : https://utxt.huce.edu.vn from June 1st to 5:00 PM on June 20th, 2026.

III. Registration Fee:

2. Register on the Ministry of Education and Training's system:

Candidates must pay the fees as stipulated and instructed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Note:

- Candidate registration information The data on the University's electronic portals is used for admissions and priority point consideration . The University's admissions process follows the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Independent candidates (those who graduated from high school or vocational school before 2026) who do not yet have an account for university admissions on the System need to complete the application process for an account with the Departments of Education and Training (from May 1st to May 20th, 2026) in order to register their admission preferences on the System;
