Dear Scientists, Experts, and Education Administrators

To commemorate the 70th anniversary of training and the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, the University is pleased to organize a scientific conference with the theme: “70 Years of Training Achievements – Innovation in Building the Future Human Resources”.

The conference serves as an academic forum to review the development of higher and postgraduate education; and to exchange ideas on innovative directions in governance, training programs, digital transformation, quality accreditation, and university-business cooperation in the period 2026–2030, with a vision to 2035.

The Organizing Committee cordially invites authors to submit articles belonging to one of the following thematic groups:
- Managing undergraduate and postgraduate training in the new era;
- Innovate training programs and models for excellence/talent/advanced training;
- Digital transformation and the application of educational technology in training;
- International integration and improving the status and ranking of universities;
- Ensuring quality and accreditation in education;
- Cooperation between the State, schools, and businesses in training high-quality human resources.

Rules for participation:
* Target audience: Scientists, lecturers, experts, education administrators, and interested authors.
* Deadline for submitting papers: Before October 20, 2026.
* Articles are accepted by the Organizing Committee for use in compiling the proceedings and developing the conference program.
