On December 4, 2025, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering held conferences to summarize the academic year; evaluate and rank the quality of the University; and evaluate and rank the quality of the Chairman of the University Council, the Rector, and the Vice-Rectors for the 2024-2025 academic year.

At the Conference summarizing the 2024-2025 academic year, Mr. Hoang Tung - the Principal, on behalf of the Board of Directors, presented a general report on the school's work in the 2024-2025 academic year, highlighting many positive aspects in various areas: student recruitment, training, science and technology, governance model, facilities, finance and accounting, student support, etc. In the report, the Principal also pointed out the remaining limitations in the 2024-2025 academic year, the difficulties and their causes, and the direction for overcoming these limitations in the following academic year.

At the Conference on Evaluating and Ranking the Quality of the University; Evaluating and Ranking the Quality of the Chairman of the University Council, the Rector, and the Vice Rectors, Comrade Pham Xuan Anh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council, and Comrade Hoang Tung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector, co-chaired the meeting. The delegates attending the conference unanimously voted to assess the University of Construction and Engineering of Hanoi and the Chairman of the University Council, the Rector, and the Vice Rectors as having excellently fulfilled their duties in the 2024-2025 academic year.
