Hanoi, November 10, 2025 - With the aim of exchanging international experience, discussing scientific and technological solutions, and proposing appropriate mechanisms and policies for application in Vietnam, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, in collaboration with the Vietnam Road Administration, organized a scientific conference on the theme: “International experiences in managing, operating, and exploiting expressways and proposals for application in Vietnam”.

Representing the Vietnam Road Administration were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai, Deputy Director; Mr. Ngo Lam, Deputy Director; representatives of the Administration's departments; and representatives of the Road Management Zones. Representing Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Tung, Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Phu Doanh, Vice Rector; and numerous lecturers and students from various faculties. The conference also welcomed representatives of the Vietnam Road Safety Association and businesses operating in transport infrastructure investment, expressway management and operation, construction, and finance.

The conference was also covered by numerous journalists from newspapers, radio stations, and television channels.
