On June 18, 2022, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering solemnly held a ceremony to award Doctorate and Master's degrees to 23 new PhDs and 260 new Masters in all graduation courses from 2021 to the present.

Attending the ceremony, on the side of the guests, there were Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong - Director of Hanoi Department of Construction. On the side of NUCE, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duy Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thi – Chairman of the School Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Anh – Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Tung – Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Binh Ha – Head of Training Management Department; Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hoi - Chairman of the Association of Former Teachers; Dr. Le Van Thanh - Former Rector and representatives who are leaders of Faculties, Departments, Divisions, and Departments; MSc instructors, Ph.D. students, lecturers who have been participating in the University's postgraduate training. In particular, the ceremony also had 23 new PhDs, 260 new Masters and all their family relatives attending.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duy Hoa, Rector of HUCE, congratulated and thanked new PhDs and Masters for their companionship with the university during the past period of research and study. The Rector also recognized and appreciated the enthusiasm and dedication to the profession of teachers, staff and officials in teaching, instructing research and organizing and managing the learning process of students which contributed to the great success of educational training. Rector Hoa hopes that the new PhDs and MScs will promote the accumulated knowledge and uphold the spirit of HUCE in their journey of career development. Furthermore, newly graduated PhDs and MScs will upgrade the university’s image by their contribution to the success of the organization they are going to be involved.

Following the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Binh Ha - Head of the Training Management Department announced the Decision on Recognition of Doctoral and Master's degrees and performed the "Graduation Cap" ceremony for 23 new PhD students and 260 newly graduated masters. At the same time, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Binh Ha also announced the decision to reward 01 new PhD and 69 new MScs with excellent academic achievements.

On behalf of the new Masters and PhDs, the new MSc Vo Minh Quang, majoring in Civil Engineering, shared his pride and deeply thanked the Board of Directors, teachers, and officials of HUCE for their perpetual care for and creating favorable conditions for students in the process of studying and researching at the university. The new Master promised to continue to promote the good tradition of the University, and creatively apply the accumulated knowledge to meet the increasingly demanding tasks of society in order to be worthy of being a student growing from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.

With an aim to achieve autonomy and its mission, the Hanoi National University of Civil Engineering is constantly improving the quality of education and training to best meet the needs of society. Up to now, the school has nurtured over 240 PhDs and nearly 800 MScs, holding key positions, and making a significant contribution to the construction and development of the country.
