On the morning of May 25, 2023, the representative of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) had a meeting and working session with the representative of CETIM Group. Also within the framework of the working program, the two sides held a Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony between HUCE and CETIM Group.

Attending the meeting, there were Prof. Dominique Laffly - Attaché for scientific and university cooperation, French Embassy in Vietnam. On the side of HUCE, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Vice Rector of the University; Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Head of International Cooperation Department and other lecturers at the school attended the meeting.

Discussing at the meeting, the CETIM side wished to expand cooperation in the fields of training, scientific research, master's and doctoral training programs, doctoral and post-doctoral co-instructions programs. The French Embassy expressed their expectation to be involved in the cooperation programs between CETIM and HUCE via sponsorship programs of the European Union such as Erasmus+; Erasmus Mondus, etc. On the side of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, it wished to cooperate with CETIM Group, thereby expanding international relations and creating more opportunities for students - trainees and experts to conduct scientific research. Many majors available and currently being implemented at CETIM Group are in accordance with the training majors as well as the research direction of HUCE.
