7 Schools signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy - Director General of Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Training, said that it was very good to increase the synergy in communication, conveying messages and policies of the education sector to parents and society. The increased cooperation of 7 major universities in the engineering sector was a model needing to be replicated. Because the above cooperation brought a lot of benefits not only in terms of brand, admissions counseling, career orientation, but that cooperation also created the power to spread and convey the good message and efforts of the education industry to parents and students more fully. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy emphasized: "There is the fact that today the education sector has many innovations and positive imprints. The whole industry has been implementing a lot of innovations, but communication and transmission is still limited, the efforts and imprints of the industry have not been fully recognized. Therefore, it is very valuable for universities to link and cooperate together to create the power to convey the good points and positive aspects of the industry”.

Principals of 7 schools highly appreciated the contents of cooperation, in line with the central tasks of higher education. The schools all showed their determination to best implement the cooperation contents and believed that the cooperation would help the 7 schools build a unified, oriented and strategic "G7" community in communication; thereby providing candidates with the most accurate information about the training program, enrollment professions and policies of the industry and the school.

Previously, on June 27, 2020, the "G7" group signed a joint statement on the development orientation of the Engineer training program. This is considered the first step of the pioneering direction to improve the quality of training programs.
On January 22, 2021, the "G7" group together signed a memorandum of understanding on comprehensive cooperation, mutual promotion and support for the development in teaching, research, innovation and digital transformation.
The comprehensive cooperation of the "G7" group from training programs, communication to training program innovation, digital transformation... will open up many opportunities for deeper, stronger and more comprehensive connections, creating great resilience for universities, helping them to integrate more deeply with the international community and shape a high-quality human resource.
