Candidates for enrollment:

- Vietnamese citizens have enough health to study under regulations; not in time of appealing and prosecution for criminal responsibility.

- Contestants of interconnection undergraduate training must have one of the following qualifications:

• College diploma of fulltime system of universities which has self-evaluation report and quality inspection that implemented as scheduled by the Ministry of Education and Training regulations.
• Diploma of foreign universities and legal foreign universities in Vietnam under the provisions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
• The organization of recruitment, admission and convened the qualified candidates shall comply with regulations of university and college entrance of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Enrollment form: There are 2 forms

Admission is based on the result of high school graduation exam which hosted by group of universities.

• Exam dossier, exam date: Under the provisions of  Ministry of Education and Training.
• Combination of subjects in sector, major interconnection training along with complex of recruited subjects in sector, major of fulltime system.
• Threshold of quality assurance of interconnection fulltime system is not lower than threshold of quality assurance of fulltime system which announced by the Ministry of Education and Training.
• Identify the selected candidates: According to the current Enrollment regulation.
• No reservation for high school exam result in admission interconnection candidates.

After receiving test results, candidates apply the dossier in the National University of Civil Engineering by the stipulated time (the University will has annoucement after specific guidelines of Ministry of Education and Training).

Organize examinations at the National University of Civil Engineering:

a. Enrollment exam by sector and major

Threshold of input quality assurance: marks of each exam subject must be from 5 or more, according to a scale of 10.

b. Dossier, enrollment time

The University will notify enrollment plan, exam content, exam registration, etc, no later than 03 months before the enrollment time on University’s website.

Fee of enrollment and application: Accordance with the current enrollment

Training program and recognition of the conversion value of academic result

• Training program with interconnection regular system is the fulltime program which is applying in University.
• Based on the outcome standard, the training program and diploma as well as results of students in order to recognize the value of conversion learning and knowledges which are exempt with each student and publicize when organizing the training.

Organize interconnection training

• Regular interconnection program is organized and managed under the current provisions of Regulations on regular training university with credit system.
• Regular interconnection program must focus on all time at University. Students of regular interconnection will study and protect the graduation thesis together with students of regular system.

Study fee

• Fee of each student is determined as credits that student applied to study. In each term, student must pay the fee with the applied credits of that term.
• Fee of tours and off-campus internship (if any) will be calculated separately and depend on specific fees of each activity.

Diploma and transcripts

- Regular university diploma

- Transcripts: Fully recorded of the results during the interconnection training and courses, modules with credits or units of study of previous qualification which have been recognized.
