The training programs at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering include engineering and architecture degree programs, as well as bachelor's degree programs (130 credits) in the following fields: Urban Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia Technology, Urban Land Infrastructure Management, Construction Investment Auditing, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Urban Logistics, and Industrial Logistics.

Bachelor's degree program

For the following majors and specializations: Urban Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia Technology, Urban Land Infrastructure Management, Construction Investment Auditing, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Urban Logistics, Industrial Logistics, the University organizes training according to the university-level training program approved by the competent authority and awards bachelor's degrees when students fully meet the graduation requirements as prescribed.

The workload of a bachelor's degree program is determined according to the approved curriculum for each discipline; a single credit load is not automatically applied to all disciplines.

The program offers degree programs in engineering and architecture.

For degree programs in engineering and architecture, students are trained according to the corresponding curriculum approved by the competent authority.

During their studies, students may be considered for graduation and awarded an engineering/architectural degree when they have accumulated sufficient knowledge corresponding to their level, met the output standards, and fulfilled the graduation requirements as stipulated by the training program.

Students who wish to continue their studies to obtain a master's degree can register for courses, study, and accumulate the remaining knowledge according to the corresponding training program and the regulations of the University.

Credit volume and degree awarding

The number of credits stated in the program's introductory information must correspond to the specific program and the degree to which the student is being considered.

In the case of engineering or architecture training programs designed to allow students to graduate early with a bachelor's degree, it is necessary to clearly define:

a) The body of knowledge corresponding to the requirements for a bachelor's degree;

b) The amount of knowledge that still needs to be completed to meet the requirements for obtaining an engineering or architecture degree;

c) Course modules or training content that are recognized from the undergraduate degree program to the engineering or architecture program;

d) Conditions for considering and awarding each type of diploma.

Do not use a single total credit volume for an entire engineering or architecture program to represent the required credit volume for a bachelor's degree program if the two degree levels have different credit volume requirements and graduation conditions.

Study the second program

In cases where students register for a different training program in the form of dual enrollment or a second university program, they must follow the specific conditions, procedures, and regulations of the University for that training format.

Training records, decisions recognizing academic results, and graduation application records must clearly show the training program the student enrolled in, the modules or knowledge areas recognized, and the remaining requirements to be fulfilled in order to receive the corresponding diploma.

Continue studying for a master's degree.

Individuals holding a bachelor's degree, engineering degree, or architecture degree are eligible to apply for a master's degree program if they meet the admission requirements and entry standards of the program as stipulated in current regulations.

Implementation

Training management units, specialized faculties, and related units are responsible for reviewing training programs, academic records, and graduation requirements of learners to ensure that the recognition of learning outcomes and the awarding of diplomas are in accordance with the approved training program.

For programs that were issued before this document takes effect, units should review them to determine consistency between the program name, credit volume, learning outcomes, graduation requirements, and the type of degree awarded.

In case of discrepancies between the program description and the approved training program, graduation and diploma awarding shall be based on the approved training program, training regulations, and relevant decisions currently in effect.

Other matters not stipulated in this document shall be implemented in accordance with the current regulations of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and other relevant current laws
